The Amicus Curiae Briefs Data Set
This file includes the amicus curiae brief data used to produce the ideal point estimates. These data include the identity of each entity signing on to an amicus brief filed on the merits of an orally argued Supreme Court case from the 1953 through 2013 Court terms. This does not include individuals who filed on their own behalf only.
